Or ATM™ , is a specific series of movements organized together to create an understanding of how someone moves themself. These actions build more efficient movement patterns, create awareness, and engender a sense of ease and wellbeing.
ATM’s are an opportunity to transcend and rewire the habits that cause us pain, discomfort and struggle. How we move our body IS how we see ourself, our self-image. When we discover a new way to move and be in our body, we discover a new aspect of our Self.

Functional Integration
Or FI™, is a private lesson (as opposed to a public ATM class). It is a gentle, hands on method of bodywork that repatterns the clients habitual movement patterns. The lesson is oriented to helping the client discover more ease and connection in their movements, in addition to helping the client utilize their whole self in an action. Functional Integration helps fill in gaps in the individual’s awareness of how they use their body in motion. FI is an incredibly effective means of uncovering ineffective patterns and creating new possibilities.
