These hips were made for walking

This 8 week exploration of the hips and pelvis will explore walking, standing and organizing ourselves from the central fulcrum of the body. Explore how this fundamental part of your body creates freedom (or not!) for everything you do. You may even find its connected to your head and feet!

Every TUESDAY Evening from 5:30-6:30. Starting Tuesday February 4th through Tuesday March 25th. (Four tuesdays in February, four in March). Sign up for the whole series for $100 or $15 per class. Cash, Check or Venmo.
